FROM THE VERY BEGINNING...

redNet was founded in 2000 in Warsaw as a limited liability company. At the beginning the company focused on preparing outlines for launching tabelaofert.pl property website. In April 2001 tabelaofert.pl, gathering the most recent real estate offers, was launched. As the Internet developed dynamically, the website rapidly became one of the major communication platforms between people interested in selling or buying property in Poland. The next step was to organise residential property fairs in September 2001 - a challenge commissioned by Murator in Warsaw.

RELIABLE ANALYSIS AND COURAGOUS FORECASTS OF THE MARKET

In October 2002 redNet’s analysts prepared a breakthrough report ‘Residential market in Warsaw. Is the worst already behind us?’. At the time there was a severe fall on the real estate market. Despite common opinions that the crisis would be a prolonged one, redNet’s experts prepared a report that announced: ‘situation should improve.’ It was the very first such forecast on the market. It was based on the following remarks:

  • if unemployment rate decrease, residential demand should increase and reach its height in 2006,
  • supply is limited due to the fact that less and less projects are built,
  • in the last two years prices of flats decreased for those who buy flats on credit,
  • a number of people who can afford to buy a flat is growing.

The forecasts proved right. The most sudden price increases, more than 50%, appeared in 2006.

HIGHLY VALUED PUBLICATIONS

In the year of issuing the ground-breaking report, redNet also published for the first time a residential catalogue – Residential Investment Album. In the second half of year 2003 the company prepared its first reports and analyses for developers. Before investors could decide on buying a plot, they demanded accurate and reliable analyses, and the company provided them. 2003 was also a year of developing new modules within tabelaofert.com website, such as offices, warehouses, retail spaces (March 2003) and plots (October 2003).

FAIRS AND NEW CHALLENGES

The next major step in the company’s history was our first appearance at MIPIM fairs in Cannes, during which redNet presented its Review catalogue. In 2004 the company decided to take advantage of the experience gathered over the years of its activity and to independently organise Residential Fairs tabelaofert.pl in Warsaw (April 2004) and in Wroclaw (September 2004). Residential guides were developed into the Map of Residential Investments. Moreover, the company decided to organise the first Central Europe Property & Investment Fair (CEPIF). The success of Residential Fairs tabelaofert.pl in 2004 determined the company to extend exhibition activities to other cities like Cracow, Poznan and the Tri-City. Ipso facto redNet was the first company in Poland to organise nationwide real estate fairs.

INVESTING IN PROPERTY

After Poland’s entrance into EU the Polish real estate market grew dynamically and Polish property enjoyed higher popularity among foreign investors. That is why redNet decided to add a investment consulting services into its portfolio. And that is how the first Investor Club in Poland was launched.

DYNAMIC COMPANY’S DEVELOPMENT

redNet has branches in Lodz, Poznan, Gdynia, Gdansk, Cracow, Wroclaw and Warsaw along with partners all over the world. Due to structural changes in 2006 redNet transformed in a capital group of 7 sub-companies called redNet Property Group. The group includes: redNet Media, redNet Consulting, redNet Management, redNet Investment, redNet24 Real Estate Agency, redNet Finance, tabelaofert.pl and redNet Dom.
