Taste for luxury keeps growing

The conference "The future of luxury apartments in Poland", that took place on 5 March 2008 in Jan III Sobieski Hotel was a great success. Six-hour meeting attracted over six hundred participants. The conference gathered representatives of renowned development companies, institutional and individual investors and major real estate journalists.

Period of stabilization has brought uncertainty on the market and it has inclined redNet Property Group experts for searching out fairest investment niche. Presentation of the newest project Certificate redNet Consulting was the culminating point of conference. The project was created to avoid misunderstanding related to the definition of apartment. The specialists presented detailed information about new perspectives and trends on the property market and introduced foreign projects which have not yet benefited from rapid price increase and which still have potential to increase.The hottest discussion was broke out after presentation of a holiday project at Margarita - the Caribbean pearl.

Next issue presented by Robert Chojnacki was equally popular. His presentation What’s next after purchase? - active property portfolio management introduced a trailblazer real estate service. President Chojnacki revealed some practical tips on when it is the best to sell property and how to benefit from it the most.

Furthermore, five development companies presented their newest projects:

  • LC Corp - the highest apartment house in Poland, located in centre of Wroclaw, upon completion in 2010 it will contain 844 apartments,
  • Ghelamco - the first project of modern soft-lofts in Poland. It will contain 134 lofts and 214 apartments. The construction will start in the 3rd quarter of 2008,
  • BBI Development - referring to interwar modernism residences at Foksal, which emerges in the neighborhood of pre-war building at the most prestigious part of the Royal Route in Warsaw,
  • Genfer Homes - 27 holiday apartments in Casa Marina project located just 150 meters from the sea in Swinoujscie,
  • Mielno Holding - Firmus Group - 7 Dune apartment buildings located near the beach in Mielno composed of 103 apartments.

The Conference "Future of luxury apartments in Poland" indicated those niches that are ahead of significant development prospects. The hall was full of guest to the very end of the meeting, which proves that real estate investments and reaping a profit from it has been a hot issue recently.
